Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your ParkPatch account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Deletion is permanent — it removes your account, not just deactivates it.

In the app (fastest)

  • Open ParkPatch and go to More → Settings.
  • Tap Delete Account.
  • Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

By email

Email privacy@park-patch.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify it's you and complete deletion within 30 days, confirming by reply.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile (name, email, phone) and login credentials
  • Your vehicles and saved places
  • Your host listings, photos and measurements
  • Your messages and push notification tokens

What we must keep, and why

Records of completed financial transactions (bookings, payments, payouts) are retained for 7 years in de-identified-where-possible form because Australian tax law requires it. Active bookings must be completed or cancelled before deletion. If you have unpaid host earnings, we pay them out first.
